As an Overseas Indian and a German citizen, I have been shaped by two rich educational cultures. My early formation as a student under the leadership of Mr. Horen Ghosh in Siliguri laid the foundation for discipline, curiosity, and humanistic values. Later, my deep engagement with Western educational philosophy—emphasizing creativity, autonomy, experiential learning, and holistic development—expanded my understanding of how children truly learn and thrive. I aspire to bring these principles into the Indian education system, integrating them thoughtfully with local values and cultural contexts. My goal is to help create learning environments where students are encouraged to question, explore, collaborate, and grow into confident, compassionate global citizens.
